- Take US 1 South, toward Sanford
- Just beyond Apex, exit at Exit 89, "New Hill"
- Turn left onto New Hill - Holloman Road
- Go about 2 miles, the Visitor's Center is on the right
- Additional parking is available behind the center
Note: There are no signs for "Shearon Harris," but the
signs for the widlife viewing area
(brown, square signs with a pair of white binoculars) will lead you
to the visitors' center.

(includes custom, Cool-max cycling bandana)

Wake and Chatham counties; flat at beginning and end,
challenging hills in the middle.
