Is there something of interest for the kids?

The Saturday ride will explore northern Wake County, then go to Franklinton, Youngsville, Kittrel (confederate cemetery – for the history buffs).  You will enjoy rolly terrain (there are no long mountain climbs in the Piedmont), cows pastures, horse stables and tobacco barns along the way.  Our stop is at a facility that has hay rides an train rides for the kids, and an A/C facility so you take a break.  The most miles will be ridden in the morning, so we can “beat the heat”, if necessary.
